About the farm

Sandcastle Farms Miniature Horses is located on 3 oak-studded acres in the quaint little town of Valley Springs, CA.  We're centrally located, near three large bodies of water:  Lake Camanche, Hogan and Pardee Reservoir.  There's a lot of recreational activity in this tiny town!

This little farm was started in February 2008, having "downsized" from big horses.  What a great choice that was!  I really enjoy the miniature version so much more.  Who knew how much fun they could be?  I learn something new from them every day.  I am very grateful to have such wonderful critters.

They're not alone here, there are also four cats and two dogs.  Sandcastle Zoo, really!  I love all of the animals, and could not imagine life without them.

This year (2009) will be the biggest show season yet.  I am so eager to get started, and hope to see you out there enjoying your miniature horses too!
